Salsa is used in variety of dishes like nachos , tacos or to have it as a dip with crackers or in mexican rice bowl / burrito bowl . Here\’s a quick and easy salsa dip recipe that\’s fresh and full of flavor!
~INGREDIENTS:

- 3 ripe tomatoes diced
- 1 diced small onion
- 1 jalapeño finely chopped (adjust for spice level)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 chopped clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder & paprika
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional for smoother texture)
~ METHOD:
- Take a large bowl , add the diced tomatoes, onions , jalepenos and minced garlic.
- Add salt to taste, chilli powder, paprika, pepper , cumin powder and lime juice .
- Now add finely chopped cilantro/coriander and olive oil.
- Mix these all well and let the salsa sit for about 15 mins to combine all the flavours.
- Serve it as a dip with nachos, tortilla ,wraps and crackers.
