~ INGREDIENTS:
- Pasta of your choice (penne)
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Pine nuts
- Basil leaves (2 cup)
- Cheese
- Olives/ Bell peppers/ Cherry Tomatoes/ Any choice of vegetables
- Salt and Black Pepper
~METHOD:
1. BOIL THE PASTA

Take a saucepan add 3litres of water, pinch of salt and let it boil. Afterwards add in 2 cups of pasta and let it cook for 7-8 minutes untill it\’s al-dente. Later strain the water and your pasta is boiled.
2 . Make The Pesto

Take a blender jar , put 2 cups of basil leaves , olive oil, pine nuts and parmesan cheese , blend it well now add some black pepper , salt and lemon juice in the mixer grinder to make a smooth paste out of it.
3. SAUTE THE VEGETABLES

Heat the pan , add some olive oil ,your choice of veggies ,add a pinch of salt and saute it in the pan untill itβs cooked. Mix it all stir it well.
4.COMBINE THEM TOGETHER

Heat up a pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil , the minced garlic and add the pesto paste which we made earlier. Cook it well . Now its time for the last step . Add your boiled pasta in prepared pesto sauce. Add in the saute veggies , mix it well and let them cook together. You can add salt if required. Garnish it with basil and parmesan cheese.
5. Pesto is ready to eat!
