~INGREDIENTS:

  1. 2 tbsp Butter
  2. 5 Cloves of garlic minced
  3. 1 small onion finely chopped
  4. 1 small capsicum finely chopped
  5. 200gm Mushrooms
  6. Diced cheese (processed/ mozarella)
  7. 1/2 cup Grated Paneer
  8. Coriander chopped(garnishing)
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper powder
  11. Chilli flakes
  12. Oregano
  13. Dried basil

~METHOD:

ingredients required for making the dish - mushrooms , capsicum, onion , garlic , cheese and paneer.
  • Take a bowl , add diced cheese , grated paneer , salt to taste, oregano , chilli flakes , black pepper and basil.
  • Mix it well and make small balls out of it.
  • Heat a saucepan add onion , garlic and capsicum and half cook it for 2-3 mins
  • Now take 200 gms of mushrooms , wash it well and remove its stem.
  • Take the mushrooms , place them inverted in the pan .
  • Now place the cheese paneer balls in the open area of each mushrooms and cook it in low flame for 10 mins.
  • Now garnish it with some fresh coriander and its done.
