~ INGREDIENTS FOR EASY MAC & CHEESE
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Cup Grated Cheese (Cheddar/Mozzarella/Processed)
- 1 Cup Boiled Macaroni
- ½ Cup Fresh Cream
- ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
- ½ tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Dried Basil
- Salt to taste
- ½ Cup Grated Cheese (for topping)
~ METHOD FOR BAKED MAC & CHEESE
1. BOIL PASTA

Take a pot, add water, and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and boil the macaroni until soft. Drain and keep it aside.
2. PREPARE THE CHEESE SAUCE

Take a pan, switch on the flame, and add butter. Once melted, add all-purpose flour and sauté for a minute until it turns slightly golden.
Slowly add milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens. Now, add grated cheddar cheese, fresh cream, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, and basil. Stir well until you get a smooth, cheesy sauce.
3. MIX IT ALL TOGETHER

Add the boiled macaroni to the sauce and mix well, ensuring that every piece is coated with the creamy cheese sauce.
4. BAKE IT TO PERFECTION
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Take a baking dish, grease it lightly, and transfer the mac & cheese mixture into it. Sprinkle bread crumbs and extra grated cheese on top for a crispy, cheesy crust.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
5. READY TO SERVE!

Take it out , let it cool for a few minutes. Let the macaroni settle completely and Serve hot!
