Guacamole is a popular Mexican dish made out of ripe avocados, lime juice, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and seasonings. It has a smooth and creamy texture with a fresh, tangy & flavourful taste. Can be used in Avocado toasts, Nachos , Tortilla wraps etc.
~Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small tomato (diced)
- 1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro/coriander (chopped)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
~Method:

- CUT THE AVOCADOS INTO HALF REMOVE THE PIT AND SCOOP THE FLESH INTO THE BOWL. MASH THE AVOCADO WITH FORK INTO A SMOOTH TEXTURE
- ONCE IT’S DONE PLACE IT IN THE BOWL, ADD THE DICED TOMATO , CHOPPED ONION, LEMON JUICE AND CILANTRO/CORIANDER. MIX THIS ALL WELL
- ADD SALT AND BLACK PEPPER ACCORDING TO THE TASTE, YOU CAN ADD OTHER SEASONINGS TOO IF YOU WANT ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE .
- DRIZZLE SOME OLIVE OIL ON TOP
