Craving rice? Chinese fried rice is the best option if you want something tasty , spicy and flavourful . It is very easy to make. Here’s the recipe for it.
~Ingredients:

- 2 cups boiled rice
- 2 tbsp oil / butter
- 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- ½ cup carrots (finely chopped)
- ½ cup capsicum (finely chopped)
- ½ cup cabbage (finely chopped)
- ½ cup french beans (finely chopped)
- ½ cup spring onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp red chili sauce (optional)
~Method:
1.Cook the veggies

Take a wok ,add some oil or butter let it heat and then add all the mentioned veggies first half cook onion and garlic , then add capsicum , cabbage , french beans and carrot .Add a pinch of salt. Stir fry all of them until they are completely cooked.
2.Toss the rice

After the veggies are cooked , add vinegar , soy sauce , green chilli sauce , you can even add red chilli sauce but i have skipped it . Some black pepper and salt to taste. Now add the cooked rice make sure to boil the rice perfectly and let it cool down then only use it.
3. Garnish

Serve it hot in the bowl. Garnish it off with spring onions and your chinese fried rice is ready to eat. Enjoy!
