~INGREDIENTS:
- Big bowl of nachos
- 1 small tomato diced
- 1 small onion diced
- 1 small cup of chopped capscicum
- 1 small cup boiled corn
- 1/4 cup of olives
- 1/4 cup of jalepenos
- 1 cup boiled kidney beans
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Chopped cilantro (coriander)
- Seasonings like salt ,pepper and paprika
~ METHOD:
1.Take a large bowl full of nachos . Add tomatoes , onion , corn , capsicum , kidney beans and shredded cheese evenly.

2. Add the guacamole , sour cream, salsa and seasonings;~ salt , pepper and bake it for 10 mins at 170 degree celscius.
3. Now pour in some (lukewarm)cheese sauce evenly in the bowl so it reaches to all nachos.
4. Now add the olives and jalepenos and top it off with fresh cilantro! You can also add more cheese on top.
