How to Make Cheese Corn Balls – Crunchy Outside Cheesy Inside

Cheese Corn Balls are perfect appetizer with yummy chessy fillings, serve it hot and enjoy the Cheesylicious delight!

~INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Boiled Sweet Corn
  • 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 small Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp coriander chopped
  • ½ cup Grated Cheese (Processed/Mozzarella)
  • ½ cup Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • ½ cup Bread Crumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Oregano
  • Dried Basil
  • Oil for deep frying

~METHOD:

Take a boil mix all the ingredients and combine well and make balls out of it
  • Take a bowl, add boiled sweet corn, mashed potatoes, grated cheese, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, and coriander.
  • Mix everything well and shape them into small balls.
  • In a separate bowl, mix all purpose flour with little water to make a thin slurry.
  • Dip each ball into the cornflour slurry and then roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove and place them on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  • Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
Cheese corn balls are ready to eat.
