Cheese Corn Balls are perfect appetizer with yummy chessy fillings, serve it hot and enjoy the Cheesylicious delight!
~INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Boiled Sweet Corn
- 1 small Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 small Capsicum (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped
- ½ cup Grated Cheese (Processed/Mozzarella)
- ½ cup Mashed Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder
- Chilli Flakes
- Oregano
- Dried Basil
- Oil for deep frying
~METHOD:

- Take a bowl, add boiled sweet corn, mashed potatoes, grated cheese, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, and coriander.
- Mix everything well and shape them into small balls.
- In a separate bowl, mix all purpose flour with little water to make a thin slurry.
- Dip each ball into the cornflour slurry and then roll them in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and place them on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with ketchup or any dip of your choice.
