Avocado toast is a simple , easy to make and super healthy dish. Very good breakfast option or anytime in the day even for snack its healhty and diet friendly option .Here’s the recipe for it
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 slice of bread (sourdough, whole grain, or your favorite)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little spice)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Toppings: cherry tomatoes, onions , capsicum , egg, etc.
~Method:

- Toast your bread until golden and crispy.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and mash it in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. You can also add oregano / chilli flakes if you want (optional)
- Spread the mashed avocado over the toast.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add your favorite seasonings.
- Top it off with your veggie to make it even more tastier.
