Veggie Fusion Bowl – Salad Full Of Veggies!

Veggie fusion bowl ~ a super healthy salad. Healthy , yummy and colourful salad is all you need for your healthy lifestyle!

~ INGREDIENTS:

  1. OLIVE OIL
  2. 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC
  3. 1 ONION
  4. 1 RED & YELLOW BELL PEPER
  5. 1 CAPSICUM
  6. 1 SMALL TOMATO
  7. 1 CUP BOILED BROCCOLI FLORETS
  8. 200G MUSHROOM
  9. CHERRY TOMATOES
  10. 100G ROASTED PANEER
  11. GREEN & BLACK OLIVES
  12. SALT & BLACK PEPPER
  13. CHILLI FLAKES & OREGANO
  14. DRIED BASIL & THYME

~ METHOD:

1.CHOP THE VEGETABLES

As mentioned in the ingredients the above vegetables has to be chopped. It’s not compulsory to take all the above mentioned vegetables . It’s on you , whichever you like but it’s better to add more vegetables to make this dish super healthy!

2. TOSS IT OFF

Take a pan , switch on the flame let the pan heat. Add 2 tablespoon of olive oil let it heat . Add the chopped garlic, onion and let them half cook . Now it\’s time to add in the bell peppers, capsicum and mushrooms.Add some salt & let it cook perfectly.

Add in the tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, boiled broccoli ,olives and paneer. Top it off with seasonings ;- salt to taste , chilli flakes , oregano, black pepper, basil and thyme to make this salad super delicious! Toss and mix them well.

3. VEGGIE FUSION BOWL IS READY!
